I'M PLANNING A DESSERT THAT IS WAY OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE FOR SUNDAY AND I SUCK AT BAKING I am making a dessert for Easter Sunday at my bf's folks' house and I'm posting this to force mysef into actually following through--No pussing out.  It involves folding or roling a cake--I can fold a napkin but I am doubting a cake as I can barely frost a cake without tearing it.  People online sang about how easy it was to do, but....


Honest Hypothesis: I'm going to screw it up, but make the end result work somehow.
